Updates to FLK a Key - Draft tab

Great news! FLK a Key now has a draft tab, this will allow a team member to prepare a key in FLK to be checked out without having to check it out straight away. This feature is perfect for property managers, sales or leasing staff preparing keys to go out then front office to checkout without any data entry required!

Updates to how we display the Rent Per Week in agreements

Our goal is to make it absolutely clear while creating the agreements what tenants will be paying, and to reduce any confusion caused by misinterpretations of the rent details. To simplify how the rent details are displayed, we’ve added a green information box to the Rent section that you see in agreements.

We’re also extending this enhancement to Rent Increase documents to ensure that changes in rental payments are clear and easy to understand.

Finally, we’re updating the summary page to provide a clear and concise summary of all rent details. This will make it easy for both agents and tenants to understand what they will be paying and when.

Update to 2 Factor Authentication

We are pleased to announce an update to our 2FA feature (two-factor authentication) that will enhance the security and convenience of your account. With this new update, you can now choose to remember your 2FA for 30 days on a trusted device.

This means that you can skip the 2FA code entry step when logging in to your account via the same device within 30 days. This feature balances security and convenience by allowing you to skip the 2FA code entry step without compromising your account’s security.

If you have any questions or feedback about these updates to FLK it over, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
