What should I do if I don't have the requested document?
You have the option to provide a variety of options for the document types, these are listed below.
1. Primary Proof of Identity documents
A current Australian driver’s licence or a current photo card issued by a State of Territory Government agency
A current Australian passport
A current non-Australian passport
2. Secondary Proof of Identity documents
A current Medicare card
A current credit card
A current passbook or an account statement from a bank, building society or credit union up to one year old
A water rates notice up to one year old
A gas, electricity or council rates bill up to one year old
An electoral enrolment card or evidence of enrolment not more than two years old
3. Proof of Legal Ownership of Property
The certificate of title for the property
A current council rates notice up to one year old
A land valuation notice up to one year old
A National Vendor Declaration concerning the relevant livestock

I don't have all the required documents right now, can I still proceed?
You need to upload all documents to complete the signing process. If you don’t have all of the required documents at the moment, you should come back to the signing process later once you have them ready.
Why do I have to upload my Proof of Identity documents?
Your agent is legally required to verify your identity by sighting these documents.
What happens with the documents that I upload through FLK it over?
Once your agent has verified the documents on their end, they will be permanently deleted.
Otherwise, these documents will automatically be deleted after 14 days.
What if I am not comfortable uploading this information?
If you don’t want to upload your Proof of Identity documents through FLK it over, please contact your agent to discuss verifying your identity manually.
