What if I don't have the requested document?
If you don't have the exact document requested, you may be able to provide an alternative document from the approved list below.
Primary Proof of Identity Documents
You can provide one of the following:
Current Australian Driver Licence
Current Photo Card issued by an Australian State or Territory Government
Current Australian Passport
Current Overseas Passport
Secondary Proof of Identity Documents
You can provide one of the following:
Current Medicare Card
Current Credit Card
Bank, Building Society, or Credit Union Passbook or Account Statement (issued within the last 12 months)
Water Rates Notice (issued within the last 12 months)
Gas, Electricity, or Council Rates Bill (issued within the last 12 months)
Electoral Enrolment Card or Evidence of Enrolment (issued within the last 2 years)
Proof of Property Ownership Documents
You can provide one of the following:
Certificate of Title
Current Council Rates Notice (issued within the last 12 months)
Land Valuation Notice (issued within the last 12 months)
National Vendor Declaration relating to the relevant livestock
If you cannot provide any of the accepted documents, please contact your agent for assistance.
I don't have all the required documents right now. Can I still proceed?
No. All required documents must be uploaded before you can complete the signing process. If you are missing any documents, you can return and continue the signing process once you have everything ready.
Why do I need to upload Proof of Identity documents?
Your agent is legally required to verify your identity before proceeding with the agreement. Uploading your Proof of Identity documents allows your agent to complete this verification process.
What happens to the documents I upload?
Your privacy and security are important to us.
Once your agent has reviewed and verified your documents, they are permanently deleted from FLK it over.
If your documents are not reviewed, they will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
What if I don't want to upload my documents through FLK it over?
If you are not comfortable uploading your Proof of Identity documents through the platform, please contact your agent directly.
Your agent may be able to arrange an alternative method of identity verification.
