June 2026: Integrations and notices update

LAB Group's AML/KYC integration is now live, PropertyTree gets expanded controls and data-push fixes, and NSW termination notices are now simpler and more tribunal-ready. South Australian sales agreements are also right around the corner.

If you've already signed up to LAB Group, you can now link your account directly inside FLK it over. Go to Settings → Integrations → LAB Group and follow the connection instructions to get started.

All sales agreements, NSW Sales &amp; Commercial, QLD, VIC and SA have been updated with a new clause ahead of the AUSTRAC AML requirements taking effect 1 July 2026.

PropertyTree — expanded controls &amp; bug fixes

The PropertyTree integration now has more granular settings, giving you greater control over how the integration behaves and how data is pushed. We're continuing to work with PropertyTree on further improvements and will announce updates shortly.

NSW — termination notice &amp; intention to sell

Selecting a termination reason now instantly loads the relevant legislative requirements in the right-hand panel, so you can confirm compliance without leaving the screen.

The termination notice and information statement are now generated as a single combined PDF. The unique ID appears in the footer of every page — making it straightforward to print and present as proof of service at tribunal.

Minor updates have also been made to the notice of intention to sell for NSW agreements.

South Australian sales agreements — available next week

SA sales agreements are going live next week. If you'd like early access, reach out to the team. We're looking for initial users ahead of the broader rollout and would love your feedback.
