Managing Upload a Doc Templates
Templates help you save time, maintain consistency, and streamline your document workflows by allowing you to reuse frequently sent documents.
With FLK it over, you can create and manage your own Upload a Doc templates, making it easy to prepare documents for signing or acknowledgement without starting from scratch each time.
Accessing Your Templates
To view and manage your templates:
Click the Menu icon (☰) in the left-hand navigation.
Select Templates.
Click Upload a Doc.
Any previously created templates will be displayed here.
Managing Existing Templates
From the Templates page, you can:
View template details
Edit existing templates
Clone templates to create variations
Delete templates you no longer need
Using templates ensures your team follows consistent processes and reduces the time spent preparing documents.
Creating a New Template
To create a new template:
Navigate to Templates > Upload a Doc.
Click Add Template.
Upload your document.
Add any required fields, placeholders, introductory text, or acknowledgement statements.
Save the template for future use.
Once saved, the template can be selected whenever you create a new Upload a Doc request.
