Templates are a valuable tool for managing frequently used documents, streamlining processes, saving time, and maintaining consistency across your team. FLK it over provides the flexibility to create your templates or choose from pre-built templates!
Accessing Templates:
Click the main menu on the left (the three horizontal lines).
Select ‘Templates.’
In the ‘Your Templates’ tab, you can view, edit, clone, or delete your created templates. To create a new template, click ‘Add Template.’
In the ‘Templates provided by FLK’ tab, you can access a collection of global templates provided by FLK it over, available for your use.

NSW Car Park Licence Agreement
New Employee Onboarding
NSW Break Lease – 1 Week

Note: You will need to have Principal or Admin access to create templates.
Creating a Template:
Open the main menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines on the left.
Navigate to 'Templates' and choose 'Build a Doc'.
Click on 'Add Template' to start creating a new template.
Provide a Template Name and Document Title for your new template.
Utilise the Template search bar to select a pre-existing template or a document created in Build a Doc as your starting point.
Click 'Next' to proceed.
Choose your preferred Delivery type, which can be either SMS or Email.
Add Sender Details, and if needed, select 'Add another person' for additional senders.
Enter Recipient Details, and if necessary, choose 'Add another person' for additional recipients.
Provide a Document Description, Clause(s) Heading, and add Clauses.
For each clause, include a Clause title, Subtitle (optional), and a Description.
Decide whether client action is required and choose the response type accordingly.
If you want to include more clauses, click 'Add another clause'.
Include an Acknowledgement Statement.
Finally, send the document for signing.
