📋 What Gets Created in Property Tree
Once a Managing Agency Agreement has been signed in FLK it over, the integration will automatically create:
Owner contact(s) — the owner's details are pushed directly into Property Tree
Ownership details — ownership information is created against the property
Property information — the property record is created and ready to go
All of this happens in one seamless push — no double data entry required.
🔗 How It Works
Your client signs the Managing Agency Agreement in FLK it over
The agreement moves into awaiting completion status — at this point the Property Tree integration activates automatically
You are prompted to confirm a few details prior to completion — your trust account, the gained reason, rental account, and property type
FLK it over pushes all data into Property Tree and creates the owner contact, ownership details and property record
The signed agreement is also pushed back into the owner file in Property Tree for your records
If a data push fails for any reason, simply hit Retry — the system will re-attempt the push and confirm once successful.
