​Internal checklist before sending a lease:

You can create your own custom internal checklist that needs to be completed before a lease can be sent for signing. This is great for ensuring internal processes are followed or compliance requirements are completed prior to sending a lease.

To create a checklist, admin users go to settings>defaults

Duplicating text or signatures on multiple pages

When using our Upload a Doc feature to send PDFs for signing you can now duplicate any placeholder (signature / date / text / name) to all pages in the same location.

Once you place your text or signature location on the document just click the duplicate icon below

✅ Condition reports - tenant signature on the bottom of each page

✅ Contracts - Buyer signature on every page, or property address
