The integration between Inspection Manager and FLK it over is now available! You will be able to automatically search and retrieve ingoing inspection reports from Inspection Manager when creating new Residential Tenancy Agreements in FLK it over.
Setting up your integration with Inspection Manager
In FLK it over, navigate to your Settings via the menu in the top left corner. Then go to Integrations
In the Inspection Manager section, use the checkbox to indicate your preference for linking ingoing condition reports:
Tick the checkbox if you would like FLK it over to automatically link new leases with the ingoing condition report found in Inspection Manager
Leave the checkbox unticked if you would like to manually trigger the retrieval of the ingoing condition report
Contact the Inspection Manager support team to acquire the API key, and enter it into the field above. Click Save changes to switch on the integration.
Once switched on, linked condition reports will appear in the Documents/Links section of Residential Tenancy Agreements.
If you’ve opted for them to be automatically linked, any matching condition reports will appear upon creation of the lease. If you would not like to include the condition report in a particular agreement, simply click the X icon to remove it from the agreement
If you’ve chosen to manually retrieve the condition report, click Retrieve condition report to search Inspection Manager
The link to the condition report will be provided to the tenant in the introduction email when you send the agreement and also on the phone once they finish signing.
