To attach a document or a link*, you must be an admin user:
Navigate to the "Settings" page of your FLK it over account.
Select the "Default Documents/Links" tab from the panel on the left.
Choose the relevant tab at the top of the page to specify which type of agreement you want the documents/links to appear on.
If you're uploading a file, select the file from your device or drag and drop one into the box on the left. If you're adding a link, input the URL, give it a descriptive title for easy identification, and click "Add Link".
*You can attach multiple documents or links to each agreement type.

You can manage your default documents and links by editing, replacing, or removing them as needed. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Settings" page of your FLK it over account.
Select the "Default Documents/Links" tab from the panel on the left.
Navigate to the relevant agreement type tab at the top of the page.
Find the document or link you want to manage.
Click on the little "x" on the top right corner of the document/link to delete it.
*Please note that deleting a document/link means that on all future agreements of that type, the document/link will no longer be attached.

When you're in the process of creating an agreement, look for the second-to-last tab on the left-hand side of your screen. This tab is where you'll find a collection of your default documents/links that will be sent along with the agreement.
Here, you also have the option to upload additional documents/links that are specific to the agreement you're working on. This way, you can customise the agreement to fit your requirements.
