We're excited to announce our latest release, which includes some fantastic new features to help enhance the security and flexibility of our platform.

Documents Update:
NSW - commercial lease - Has now been released
Queensland - Sales form 6 - Released for beta testing next week, please register your interest
NSW - Holiday letting agreement - In production
South Australia - PM Agreement - in production

One of the most significant updates is the addition of multi-factor authentication. This powerful security feature allows users to log into their FLK account using either an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator) or by receiving an SMS or email with a unique access code. This extra layer of security helps to protect your valuable documents and data from unauthorized access.

To enable multi-factor authentication, simply head to your account settings, navigate to the security settings section, and follow the setup instructions. We recommend setting up at least two authentication methods for maximum security.

Additionally, we've made updates to our property management and sales agreements, giving users even more flexibility and control over the data they capture.

We're confident that these new features will help to make your experience with FLK even better, and we look forward to hearing your feedback!

Request for Photo ID on Sales & Property management agreements
We're thrilled to announce an exciting new update to our platform that provides increased flexibility and control over the data you collect during the sales and property management process.

With our latest release, you can now choose if you request photo ID from clients when they sign these agreements.

You can set a default for ID upload in settings, and if necessary, you can still change the setting on individual documents. It's important to note that all accounts will have the request for ID turned on by default, as per our current functionality.

We're confident that this update will help make your experience with our platform even better, providing you with more control and flexibility over the data you collect during the sales and property management signing process.

Past invoices - Users with admin access can now see all invoice history via a link in the subscriptions tab
